The comic book is a Spanish edition of Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #11, originally published in March 1985. This edition was published by the Spanish company Forum and is part of a 12-issue limited series. The Spanish title, "El Rostro de Muerte," translates to "The Face of Death" in English.
In this issue, Doctor Doom, having previously defeated the Beyonder and taken his godlike powers, has become the new supreme ruler. He declares the "Secret Wars" to be over.
